As explained in your ticket, we are only compensating for Thick Branches from quest and daily playtime for the days the event ended early.
We can also see you have already received your Event Brown Wood Box. As this is a monthly reward, you can only receive one.
It is more than that NineArts. It is being able to fulfill reasonable requests. That is something that you should not only strive to do, but encourage others to do as well.
