Hi NineArts, my account got hack and the thief with name "(removed)" take all expensive items from my account. Could u freeze his account first and do deep investigate?? i send multiple ticket and 9Dragons support let this theif keep playing around. please freeze his account for a while and do deep investigate for me, if RF couldn't make sure about player security, u can delete all of my items from abnormal trade. thx for reading, regards.
