Item Shop Update - June 23, 2021

An Item Shop update has been applied on June 23, 2021 at 17:15 PDT. Players may experience a "Purchase Failure" error for approximately 2~3 minutes as the patch is being applied.

Here are the items that have been added to the Item Shop. You may have to restart the game in order for these items to appear.

• 5+1 Blood Dragon Syndicate Package [1700 RC]
• 5+1 Metatron - White Tiger Package [1700 RC]
• 5+1 Metatron - Black Tortoise Package [1700 RC]
• 5+1 Metatron - Vermilion Phoenix Package [1700 RC]
• 5+1 Metatron - Blue Dragon Package [1700 RC]
• Only once Special! Rare Exo Package [3990 RC] (This item cannot be purchased if you have the license "Only once Special! Exo License")
• Only once Special! Rare Scroll Package [3990 RC] (This item cannot be purchased if you have the license "Only once Special! Scroll License")

Only Once Compensation - If you receive a duplicate Skill Item from the Only Once Special! Rare ExoCore and Rare Scroll Package, our team will offer one compensation Rare ExoCore Chest or Rare Scroll Chest. The duplicate item must be the permanent version and must currently be in your inventory. This will be a one time compensation for the duplicate item, therefore any subsequent duplicates will not be compensated. Please submit a support ticket with your inquiry and our support team will assist you.

EDIT: Currently there is a "fail to buy" error when purchasing the Only once Special! Packages. When the issue has been resolved, we will update this post. We apologize for the inconvenience.
