Game Guard error

    Sau khi bảo trì, tôi gặp lỗi này. có ai giống mình không? Có ai biết làm thế nào để khắc phục nó?

    After maintenance I got this error. anyone have like me? Does anyone know how to fix it?

    I have reinstalled the game but the situation is still the same

    yep tried that as well. both my pc and my laptop is having the same error. Already sent a ticket but i guess it will take time. Las time i sent a ticket they replied 4days :D

    just an update bro. so i tried to fix the problem by my self and its working now. I tried to use a different internet connection(USB tethering from my phone using Mobile data) and relaunched the game and it works correctly. Just ensure that the Lan cable is disconnected from your device and only use the USB tethering network.

    After you managed to open the game, exit then reconnect your internet connection

    Error 360: this means the NProtect patch process has failed due to corrupted files or an overly restrictive firewall. To fix this Windows 10 GameGuard error, allow NProtect access through your firewall, and if it persists, delete GameGuard directory. If the update isn’t successful or GameGuard file is corrupted, try again later or check firewall settings. Also scan GameGuard folder from the game directory and download it using the manual link, install and try again.

    Our development team recommends deleting all 9Dragons and its files and download a fresh client. You will not be able to use the old client anymore.

    It still doesnt work. Got same error Gameguard 306

    Ah got it. I reinstall game then Run NDLaunch.exe in folder of game to fix this issue guy

    I have tried to do everything possible with your guidance. but the result is not improved (even though I have reinstalled win). Could you take a moment to give a visual guide?

    GM help me.I cannot update GameGuard in game. My PC didn't install any new software and was still playing 9dragons fine until the 5/25/21 update. I did all the instructions on 4rum but still can't update GameGuard.

    I have the way to fix it. before you start game. Pls using UltraSuft app: https://ultrasurf.us/ wait for app CONNECTED, then click START GAME. It will help for GG can update for newest version. When done, you can close UltraSuft and play game normally.
