What does 100% pvp def mean?

I tested and i still take insane amount of physical dmg with 100% phy pvp def. How does pvp def work?

 

100% pvp def used to mean that you take 100% reduced dmg in pvp. Now is useless because of the stat called "pvp def counter" or Pvp Def (C) in your attributes list. A healer pvp buff, pet pvp buffs, Fly White dragon weaps, all of those give pvp def counter. That means that even if you make your pvp def 100% it gets reduced by pvp def counter of the enemy to 0 and you will take full pvp dmg. This is the reason for which that attribute has actually no real value in pvp. Pvp def is not phy or ck, is for both, but it does not protect you because of the pvp de counter stat.

 

It shows phy and ck pvp def in stat values. Some items increase only phy pvp def. Only pet buff increases both phy and ck pvp def.

 

Then what has value in PvP?

You might not find it helpful but in all honesty $$ & knowledge are the two biggest influences on the outcome of a pvp interaction. Knowledge to know what stats you need, $$ to get you there.
Skill has nothing to do with it anymore unless someone cant operate a mouse & keyboard

 

pvp def (c) is not ck.. it is the counter for pvp def. bringing pvp def (c) to 100% will make u do dmg wherein it seems like the enemy has 0 pvp def

it can go above 100% in your stats

 

100% means nothing bro. Someone made video on yt and that guy has like 1000% or 2000% crit def, ck def etc. 100% is just for show. Just like refining and creating and in exp events. 100% is probably just x2 lol
