Hello everyone, has anyone encountered the fact that his drop epi is removed while it shouldn’t ran out yet? I have encountered this today 2 times after relogging in SGCM while having a bugged run. once logged in my drop epi was gone.
Heared it indeed before,, well keep the buggy runs with tickets coming.. If hz goes down a lot more x3
I lost 2 Mike and I just said F it, I give up trying to get things fixed after they klast time we all tried to tell GMs that it wasnt a debuff.
As soon as you experience the issue, you must send in a ticket and do not activate anymore 1-day epi. The team can verify when an epi is activated, deleted, and has expired.
Ok, i had this issue before and the reply I got stated I had to activate a new epithet and send a ticket so they could see when the other epithet expired early so they could give me a new one. This is exactly what I did and now as I quote “ Have deleted the epis upon my own request “ ? I would like my epis back because this bug is definitely not upon my request.
At least u get reply on ur message.. Im still waiting on mine since the hefei bugg that is now 5 days i guess and its 3-5days so??
So my epi vanished again I’m starting to get abit tired with the unprofessional support team. This is the 3rth time this bug occurs on my account and I have sent 2 tickets about this issue. I have gotten 2 confirmations that it is a bug and it has been sent to the developer but still they keep replying the first 1-2 responds that I removed the epi on my own? Last time I checked I was a paying costumer but I start to feel like a toddler in kindergarten.
I would like to see a respond from a GM why the staff keeps claiming that the epis are removed manually which is the biggest Nonsense ever. The following screenshots will prove its a bug they know about
same scenario. just like the "YYBS bugged".. they were claiming that there is no error at their end. i wonder if the Support really cares or if they are really doing their job.
