No one is gonna sue for $50, but whether or not anyone does sue someone does not mean someone has not violated any law (just means no one is going after them for it). If they were not guilty they wouldn't have copped a settlement. They knew they were gonna lose and just decided to end it. But now lets see if this causes more companies to get sued.
its too soon to see how many dominos this is gonna knock over. All I know is Triple A gaming companies have access to a stronger legal team than individual players and if a court case sets a precedent it would affect all loot crate games so id assume they'd all lawyer up together if this happened.
