Hi, i need some help for some error. Firstly i don't change screen resolution because i don't open setting menu, i cliked the button but it dont open. Secondly i have crash on game but i dont take error code or something like that just closed game randomly and i don't get it, thanks in advance.
As far as resolution you can click on settings and adjust it to your monitor resolution or you can play in window mode. You may want to check your Windows Security or Anti-virus for blocked files from the Twelve Sky 2 folder. Windows Security> Virus Protection > Protection History to check if any files from TwelveSky2 Folder. You may have to re-install again if the Windows Defender/Firewall deleted the files.
Hi again, i try every of solution of this problem but it didn't do any good. I tried to steam way, download and install it normal but it still didn't. (Same as "Game wont Start") Check if your AntiVir moved files associated with TwelveSky2 Classic into quarantine and restore the files. Open the AntiVir user interface and click Security → Quarantine. Tick the desired file and Restore. Check if your WinDefender moved associated with TwelveSky2 Classic into quarantine and restore the files. Open Windows Security. Select Virus & threat protection and then click Protection history. In the list of all recent items, filter on Quarantined Items. Select an item you want to keep, and take an action, such as restore. Whitelist those files within your AntiVir/WinDefender/Firewall Open Windows Defender Security Center. Click Virus & threat protection. Click Virus & threat protection settings. Scroll down to Exclusions. Click the Add or remove exclusions. Click the Add an exclusion button to display a drop-down list. Select Folder. Continue with the on-screen directions to add the new folder exclusion.
