Seastorm White Dragon Weapon requires 2x Golden Heavenly Mirror. anyone know how long to farm for a Golden Heavenly Mirror? i've read some thread that it will take you at least a year or two to make one. is it true? so i think for a F2P Player is most likely impossible to have a Seastorm White Dragon Weapon. P.S. good luck Zhou[Ziyou] on your journey. lol
F2p will be able to afford it in the future, you don't really need FWD weapons as f2p since they are more or less an unnecessary luxury item. A repel weapon +15+2 with 2.5k dmg ornies will suffice. Will cost you about 2.5-4b depending on what weapon you use.
you want endgame gear. Two ways I think. F2p way was the last event, (too bad it's over ) farm big chick and (a lot of luck) to get 1 set Hainan, and 3-4 hairpin permanent. Trade or sell it easy to get >20 ut. P2w is a lot easier, don't have to talk here. Either way, you have to wait for the next event(hopefully it's farmable and for f2p) Don't give up, I'm f2p and luckily got my 4 ut and >50b from yy charm permanent. Didn't think much about the weapon. Repel works well on CCD.
