Servers down

i came back after many years and wanna enjoy playing 9D...but when i visit Hefei or Tibet where is more people then game crash coz xkernell error and this pop up...anyone know how to fix it?

 

You simply cannot, the game needs to use more than 4GB of RAM memory, and because it is a 32 bit application it cannot. So what it does, it starts to override memory zones that contains needed information for the map to be loaded. There is a guide from @ZhouWarden that shows how to increase memory allowed to be used by your operating system.

It looks like the original post got deleted from the forum. Please note that this solution requires to alter your operating system registries and you do it on your own risk. That wasn't an official solution coming from the RedFox team.

Just look for Large Address Aware (LAA) on google. Select NINEDRAGONS.EXE not the launcher and force it to use more ram from said software.

 

The launcher said failed to connect to server information, and wont let me log in. Please fix this issue.

 

same issue here i think server went down early...

There is a network maintenance going on right now that is expected to end within the next couple of minutes. You can try again later.

There still seems to be something wrong. The game starts now and the login-server works. But it fails to connect to the game server. Probably it needs some restart or smth. Guess we'll have to wait few more hours.

 

they wend down 30 mins early too and cant log in but says servers are up ill try again latter i guess.

 

Yup, the disconnections started earlier than was stated in the announcement. I was helping a league mate with potato quest before we encountered constant DC, and eventually couldn't start up the game altogether. Right now, while the server list appear available, I am unable to login successfully. It does seem however that the problem isn't affecting everyone, since there is a smaller population logged on tho.

 

The stated server downtime projections are way off the mark. Please fix it when you read this post.

Still nothing, funny how in game pop up says: check closer info on the website

 

Cannot connect to game server.

 

yeah need to wait for the GMs to finish their 12h beauty sleep so they can restart the servers.
