HELP

    Hello, I need help! Can't start the game all the time write me :
    1. "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer"
    2 " Cannot find XFC Control.dll. Please re-instal this application"
    I instal Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019.
    download game and reinstal it, but NOthing.
    Please if you can Help me pls!

    Please download the latest versions of Microsoft Visual C++ here and download x64: vc_redist.x64.exe.

    GM, can you help me pls.?

    after the last maintenance the game won't start anymore. it did patch but after i click the "GAME START" button then nothing happened.

    i already did uninstall and reinstall it but same thing is happening.

    anyone had the same issue?

    no help? you just merged me here without a reply?

    i don't know what to do. i already did uninstall and reinstall it twice but it didn't work.

    This issue is due to your launcher being blocked, and/or placed in quarantine.

    Please reinstall the game, however BEFORE running your launcher, place all files into the exception list of your anti-virus/firewall.

    If I click on "here" I only can download the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 ".
    Or where you get that C++ from?
    Can you send a screenshot where I get the right version for download please?

    i don't know if my launcher is being blocked, and/or placed in quarantine. how do i check it? can you pls. guide me step by step?

    i already reinstall the game many times now. how do i place it on exception list? i even turn off my firewall but it still doesn't work.

    Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions. Select Add an exclusion, and then select from files, folders, file types, or process.

    same issues i am having on 1 of my towers i can play on other 2 i can log in perfectly fine just after last patch was having issues w lag but today was logged in and got DCed reset my router and now i cannot get past the Start button even did everything either Ahri said or NineArts said still same issues
