Where to farm level 1-5 Elixirs?

I tried COF ,VOH and CCD but they only dropping only high level elixir. Where to get 1-5?

 

CCD key purple drop elixir 1-3, green 3-5

 

Level 1 : clan base NPC, clinic.
Level 2 : can make from level 1, but 1 level 2 requires all level 1.
Level 1-5 : low level maps from mobs or coc dungeon. It is better to farm in weekend events.
You can try take with with supplements to increase the chance of success.
