Compensation

    Hey Gms,

    I hope you have some sort of compensation for this poor of an excuse you call a server. Saying you're monitoring it are just empty words unless you actually follow through with what you say. It is incredibly frustrating when we aren't able to log into game. Always happens when there's a decent drop event in game. Sort yourselves out before more frustrated players decide to leave.

    no choice but wait who knows all their servers crashed

    why compensation?, it's free to play. Servers do crash from time to time, and I'm sure they will do what ever it takes to get it fix. Lets just sit back and relax :)

    It is. But When they offer paid services and you pay for it, then compensation is needed.

    We are still working on the issue at the moment so we would like to resolve the issue as our main priority since it affects all of our games. We understand your frustration we ask for your patience on this matter as our network developers make adjustments to prevent these DDoS attacks.

    We understand stand patience, and we are glad that you guys continue to keep this game running that many love, but spending money for a service, just to be restricted of all game play. Means we spent money and received less progress then we should have received. Even if it was just 1 day of all time lost (autobuff, autohunt, PS, Hermits, Etc.), we would be more than pleased, because it shows you guys truly do care about the money we have spent on your product.

    We will take all these suggestions in consideration that's for sure. Our main priority at the moment is to resolve the issues and prevent these DDoS attacks from reoccurring. Make sure to look for further announcements about this situation once everything is settled and the issue is resolved. Thanks everyone.
