    There will be a Lunar New Year Event (Year of the Rat) at the end of the month.

    Good, 3 weeks of not playing RF sounds nice. So, Lunar Event would be a month-long event (maybe with BT update), in March 4th Anniversary with Hainan launch as the "anniversary" gift for us.

    Some of us have Acclaim trauma when heard the word soon.I hope we get the new map in q1.

    I'm sure that's why Ahri used that word. I think that's how it should go imo. If I were a developer, I'd use a big event to launch the map, such as 4th anniversary.

    Lower the expectation and blow up the new event outside RF that everybody roaming and discusses. This could be a move, but still we will see the impact. The old community is getting back together and RF play a part in it, which is good. I hope RF will stop giving content on the 2x, 3x jumps.
