I can hear the music playing, I can see it on task bar and it says its maximized, but It isn't. I cant force it open, and it stays that way. Just earlier I was playing it fine, but I tried again later and its stuck. I've restarted my computer.
Okay! i ever got this problem. to solve try to use Fullscreen mode if you use window mode (setting on luncher) or swap them or change resolution. its common issue of 9dragons since old version. if it still not better. try to re-install again
If you got any problem else try to click here to send Ticket and often check your E-mail , GM will response there ::https://help.playredfox.com/support/tickets/new
I tried a couple things. Alt+Tab to display, I've tried full screen mode, Compatibility mode, force maximize all of which failed. The full screen allows me inside the game, but since I have a 4k display it really messes up the frame of reference, making it impossible for me to login(since it zooms in really close). Hopefully the reinstall x3 will work, but if not, I guess I have to redownload the game. Thanks for the advice though. I'll let you know if this reinstall works.
Run Nine Dragons in Full-screen mode. Log into the game. Log out of the game. Run the game now in window mode.
at the bottom of you client youll see a resultion 1034xetc click it scroll to the second one should say 1300xetc make sure window mode isn't checked hope this helps
Alright thanks for the advice guys. Ended up redownloading and reinstalling. At first it didn't work, but after a restart, I got the windows to appear. Ran a few tests to make sure I would keep seeing the screen, so for now I think I'm good.
When you close the game down in window mode, the game often loads back up but the resolution is off because the games process thinks it is minimised when it is is not. It has plagued many games running d3d. The solution for me when I have the same issue: Open task manager Find the NineDragons.exe process Right-hand click the process Click maximise I think 9Dragons also has teething problems with desktop composition which is the tiny preview mode of whatever you hover over on task bar.
