Need a [GM] To Address Support Ticket Issues

    So I seen a thread in the game help section of the forums talking about help desk tickets that have not been responded to in about 18days. Normally I wouldn't be worried because in other host when a ticket hasn't been responded to for a while it just meant they were talking about how to answer it in the background or some other reason. Now I am getting worried because these tickets seem to actually be like simple things that shouldn't take long to answer. I personally have 1 ticket I sent 8 days ago, I sent two and the one I sent after my first one got answered before the first one (which is kinda weird to me).

    I also would like to know if the [GM]s of Rumble Fighter are the ones who answer the support tickets or it's other people in the company in the background. This is my support ticket ID: #79931 just gonna drop is here so you can take a look.

    Yeah I was having trouble with them a month ago as well. Maybe someone cut the GM’s hours. This is the time period when Rumble was discontinued with our other hosts right?

    A member of the support team will get to your tickets as soon as possible. Some inquiries, even the most basic ones - require internal discussion or manual action from our developers, so it may take a little longer.

    The specific ticket you mentioned isn't a simple thing and requires more than the Rumble Fighter team's approval. We do not have an update for you regarding that ticket.

    Ticket processing times really depending on what kind of issue you're facing. If it's something we can solve within a day, it gets resolved within a day.

    Certain issues such as, but not limited to:
    • Account Sharing
    • Ban Appeals
    • Account Issues that require development support
    • Suggestions for game improvement, events, and sales
    • Reports about hacks, hackers, DDoS, and related issues
    may take more than a day. If the account has a particularly bad history, the ban appeal may take a lot longer than usual.

    Thanks for answering Toast, but it really wasn't my ticket I was referring to when I said it was a basic question. I know my ticket needed some approval. I was talking about some others I saw.

    I am assuming this is the case because depending on the account based issue Nimonix themselves need to solve it.
