Ongoing Guild/Guild Leader Issues

    Hey Fighters.

    Since guild issues are still a thing, as mentioned by players on the forums and in-game, I'm making this thread so that you all can update me on which guilds are still experiencing guild issues.

    Our team has suggested to NimoniX to get some guild function updates, but it seems that it is taking them a lot longer to complete. We'll keep reminding them to get this ball rolling faster, but in the meantime this is what we have to do.

    Please send our team a ticket with this following information:
    1. Guild Name
    2. Current Guild Leader (must be an inactive GL)
    3. Who you would like as new Guild Leader
    4. List of Guild Members that approve of this change
    (Optional: Have guild members send a ticket as well titled "Guild Leader Change: __________")
    ____________ replaced with your Guild Name​

    To keep this thread organized, I'll be deleting any unrelated posts so don't feel offended if I delete your post.

    For other guild issues (ie guild disappeared or is glitched) you can post it here or send a ticket as well describing your situation.

    There have not been any issues aside from a few players coming to me that they are “glitched” out of their guild. I have requested them to submit a ticket if that is the case.

    As for Guild Leader switches, as we discussed a while back - in the case that the original guild leader returns to the game, we should return the guild leader position to the original owner upon request.

    Also, to prevent abuse of “guild leader switching”, there should be specific restrictions set in stone (such as 4-6 months) since guild leader has been inactive (time/date of when leader was last logged in).

    Yes, we understand that if Guild Leaders come back that they can petition to have their position back. However, they have left their guilds leaderless. We will be looking at each Guild Leader and if they have not signed in for, lets say, 6 months for now, then we will fulfill the Guild Leader switch.

    To ensure that it’s legit, make sure that they screenshot the guild and guild master’s last login date. It will make the job easier. They can use Windows’ built in Snipping Tool for this.

    I apologize for not getting back to you on this issue. But currently there's no movement on this on the dev side. I didn't want to say anything hoping there would be some movement, but yeah sorry @Jardin can't give you an ETA on this.

    I told some people in-game, but this issue is now out of my hands :(
    But @Alban I'll give you a Guildmark Changer (but didn't buy a 16 member card)
