Havent played in like 2-3 years, came back to find my Pincode locked (and no I havent forgotten it, it just let me in ONCE and then it decided that the Pin that let me in 20mins prior will not work again). If GM takes this long just to do a simple thing l ike this, how long do they actually take to respond to real problem tickets that need attention and investigation? Whats new? Worth to stick around or just pass? @GM Ticket #78203
