This is better. Yes I have seen speeches like this. I saw many when RF moved to GC and I saw many people try to do this but at the same time there were more messing up the game cause all they wanted was rares and just took advantage of the company. I know a speech won't make a big impact but at least it'll remind others in which direction this game is headed

I settled the errors on my first post. Now that we all got it out of our systems and crying over small mistakes I made and instead of calling me a new gen based off the title.. why don't we start actually discussing the points I mentioned

Yes, we all know that. But if you read my post again you'll notice I said that a new report system should be made. I mean seriously, who in this community is willing enough to put effort (by going out of their way in sending a ticket + it takes forever for them to see) into reporting someone for doing something wrong when its the whole community that does it? It will be better if it is made easier and more accessible to the player. At the same, it should be organized. That way, the moderators will be able to review the reports easily and thus ban/mute effectively.

If no one is being corrected, it either just spreads on to the new players, spreading the toxicity everywhere or (what happens a majority of the time) cause them to quit

 

Alright so give me an example of when the "whole community" does something wrong. I'm not fully understanding why there needs to be a new system. It's already extremely accessible and efficient to report a user. You file a report, give a reason for what rules have been broken and if it's not in accordance with the forum guidelines, the GMs will act accordingly.
