OGPlanet's last game (Uncharted Waters Online) will be officially closing down September 29th. UWO was OGPlanet's last game, so I am assuming they will also be closing down. Papaya plays has bought most of OGPlanet's games out. I was wondering why Papaya play didn't buy Rumble Fighter and Tales Runner. I figured out that they didn't buy TR because of the reason why it closed down (basically a hacking issue). I was talking to an old [GM] ([GM]Muziq) he works for papaya play and he said they didn't pick up Rumble Fighter because the game didn't have the resources to last. Welp, here is OGP's official notice. https://imgur.com/xHHVtWC
You hope who buys back Tales Runner? If it's OGPlanet it will close down again. The reason OGP TR closed down because a hacker ddosed it literally every day. At one point he ddosed the game so much they just gave him free items/ un-released items not to ddos the game. They couldn't do anything about it cause the guy lived in Israel or something.
@YangXiaoLong Yea, that really happened. @tamirtov if you live in the U.S.A they will arrest you. @Drevius I don't think anyone in the RF community gonna have the balls to do that. RedFox is actually more established than OGPlanet. The guy who ddoes Tales Runner was literally in the Israel army for hacking so OGP was done up.
From what I know he has been playing Tales Runner for years and he get's a kick out of hacking OGP and he says it's good training for him. He also said they fired one of his good friends and that's what made him more mad. He would ddos other people aswell and when they were forced to ban him from multiple complaints he would ddos them. He knew an item hack, but the items didn't give stats, so he wanted OGP to give the items. At one point he actually logged onto Rumble Fighter but logged off saying the game was boring and not worth his time.
