The price for materials to make decos. I wanted to make a lvl 1 fine and have 3 fine coupons but noticed the mats from npc to make lvl 1 is 340 million gold...? Now that is bit of ridiculous. And it only gives 10% xp, 15% speed and 15% other one (can't remember). Also is it normal not to get a league buff in Liaodong?
The buff doesn't display in LD but I think it works, I don't know if the formation exp messes it up though. The gold fragments are what gets to me, you cannot do them without item mall.
The league buff sometimes buggd out so u must restart client and u recieve it.For the decos,once people get cap level it will be easy to get those decos.
Sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn't. It still works though (you med to beyond your max and the xp bonus is still around).
yeah that's kind of shady. The deco crafting thing seems a little out of reach for the higher levels for not that great of a deco. I would rather have 4 slotted no stats then a 15% xp increase
