ok so I have just installed a clean windows 64 with no antivirus no nothing at all yet. I have changed run as admin and compatibility settting. the game loads to the login screen and after 7-10 seconds it just closes. before I changed compatibility gameguard was making errors for fun but game still loaded. first time I have run windows 10 at all so any help would be good please.
did you do a clean install windows 10 creator update which was released 04/05/2017? i did the same thing and now 9Dragons loads until the login screen then closes. after spending more time on it, i notice that as soon as the loading screen said "generating interface" gameguard crashes in task manager (not on your task bar). i think Dev needs to release an update to fix this.
the only solution for this is to roll-back to anniversary update. however, this is a temporarily solution as Microsoft is pushing out this Creator update on 04/11 on all windows 10 platform. i hope Devs did something before that.
I also noticed this GG crash at task manager...strange! Well, nothing done...can't play until they fix it..
you have to do a clean install by using the anniversary update instead of creator update. idk if you could find the anniversary update version of windows right now. i was lucky because i still have that version on one of my usb drives.
All games using GameGuard who have the same problem with new Creators update Windows 10. Hopefully the boys from nProtect already working on it.
