War Spirit Refine Rates are lower

I tried to refine serveral war spirit weapons, most of them failed to upgrade to level 5! Anyone else feel like war spirit weapons have totally different refine rates? I think its very fking unfair

Its always been like this.
The white weapons on acclaim was easiest to refine, then green and orange and purple and red weapons being the hardest.
War Spirit weapons are definetely among the hardest to refine tho.

All based on luck. Same rates for every weapon.
25% does not mean that you will succeed one of four attempts. You can fail 10 times with 25% chance. Have you ever learned something like this in school?
Even if you refined 1000 WS weapons, you could still not be sure. Chance is chance, luck is luck.
Get over it, it's been like this from the start.
