Hey bro try to uninstall the game and reinstalling with steam it took 2 days to work because there was issues with steam but im finally able to play today
Still got the red bar , they answered to my ticket, so I've done like they asked: check for malwares, restarted modem, switched off wi-fi, unistalled VPN,reinstalled Windows.. and now I am gonna go for the last chance: reformat computer... Is there any1 using a windows 10 and they can log in this game? - I am thinking is the windows 10... I even tried to run the game in different compatibility modes: for windows vista, 7,8, ... still red bar Later Edit: in the mean time I reinstalled other TS2 version to check if any difference.. so WSP version is working only if you install vcredist_x86.exe, then come the question: what Direct X RedFox version need?
I'm using Win 10 and all good. Maybe you should give a try by downloading the game from here and try the connection. Btw check your firewalls and anti vir programmes as they may block the connection to the game server.
I dont needed to as I have newer version. (dx11). Dx9 is a minimum requirement, means eg.: with dx8 you cannot run the game, but with 9-10-11 you can.
