To expand on what Akash said, If you decide to go CK on grind at that level or any level in fact you will only be nerfing your grind time: you have 2 def reducing skills which are a smash and a nuke, you can't smash with bracers and the cooldown on the skills has been greatly increased so you cannot spam def nuke either to raise your damage. The damage is also very buggy, I have max cons, max dex and rest str and if I hit with def nuke on mob I over damage and hit 6-7k which is pretty frustrating... Even if you had the best gear on the game melee would always hugely outshine CK on hyb, you are also taking away your ability to solo bosses and dungeons which makes no sense.
What he said. The best way to become a good ck hybrid is to start being melee hybrid. I suggest , you level up using melee hybrid until PS or up, then you can change to ck hybrid for pvp. However, your grinding speed will also decrease drastically.
