No you can't transfer old accounts but you can get back to that lvl rather quickly. You get daily attendance rewards and some of them are XP cards

Nukers don't ****, the popular class now is Hyb, either going for pve and/or pvp or Warrior. Nukers were underestimated after ppl realized hyb is the "best" class here, you can farm and grind faster than warriors and PvP is awesome wtih ck hyb, but, nukers can easily overdmg hyb ck or warriors, they just have new buffs cooldown and you get very weak without shileds all the time on, ppl find it too complicated and slow in the beggining. But belive me, if u have time and/or money and wants to go nuker, is one of the most op classes, try it out (;
