Cannot get the game to launch

For some reason after I open the launcher it looks like everything is running fine, then it goes to Game guard and after that nothing happens. I tried searching for solutions like Disabling firewall + antivirus, making an exception through both, reinstalling, and using the launcher in different compatibility modes. I'm at a lost now lmao.

I have a strong feeling that it has to do with me being On W10, Any help will be greatly appreciated

 

this happened to me too but through some voodoo magic the problem managed to fix itself
try replacing rumblefighter.exe and rumblelauncher.exe with these

my compatibility settings are windows 7 and run as administrator unchecked

 

I tried that with same settings still didn't work missed GM event because of it
