Hello, I played 9Dragons a few years ago. Was playing double-vagabonds with my brother at the time. We had a lot of fun. Figured I'd re-download the game and make another vagabond. But for some reason I can't seem to be able to learn some of the skills I was able to learn a few years ago. (like wu-tang and HD lightfoot, fists, and weapon skills). Is this a deliberate change? Or should vagabonds take other steps to learn some skills now? Just want to understand what's changed.
