Either way you can't trace ddos attacks cuz most players use webbooters and those sites don't give out personal info. They probably won't ban players cuz they don't want to lose money.

 

They won't even ban someone who says "I am going to ddos you" and it is exactly for your second reason why they won't ban anybody for it. They need money.

 

Half the times they ban players who make threats(posting ips). you have a 50/50 chance of ban if you a make threat when posting someone's ip address. They should ban players who make threats even if they don't know how to dos/ddos. Ppl like reset and Asul got a perm ban and at the same time they lift perm bans.

 

Can't you use programs to change your MAC address though? How would that be any different from an IP ban?

Those programs can **** up your computer and the correlation between your computer and other programs/websites etc. To change it more then once or twice to get back onto RF would be a huge hassle it's not as simple as changing an IP address and most kids with booters on RF don't even know how to change their IP let alone their MAC address.

 

Nah. You only can unplug it off and plug in. If you have shitty static router then you are luck of shitty out. But you only can masked ip address to avoid get ddos. like you can use someone ip put as your masked ip. ddoser would ddos your mask ip that someone else's like a piggybacking.
