Level 9 and 11 Exo and Scroll perm box content?

Does anyone know what you can get from these? Back in GC, I pulled abyss black, and I'm wondering if you still can now. Any information would be helpful!

(I heard you can pull Telos aswell, and i'm wondering if anyone can answer this)

 

If you could pull Telos i'd spam it and would've been had it perm by now, no you cant get Telos from that box
and WHEN DF did they put rares in the "Level 11" scroll box? You sure you aren't mistaking it for the "thank you gift box"

Oh yeah you guys are prob right.

Then do you know what scrolls are able to be pulled? Some regular carat and rc scrolls I'm assuming.

 

I usually get Drunken Master out of that box. Not sure if there's RC scrolls that can be pulled out.

I removed the streaks cuz they kinda ruined the colors of the game. it looked very bold and ugly on my side.
