I come across a lot of cute girls are my job and i have 2 cute coworkers! but! I dont know how to talk to women at all! I was in the 9th grade the last time i had a conversation with a woman! How can i approach a coworker or customer without being written up for sexual harassment!?

i was just like you in 9th grade maaaan lmao. i used to be so afraid to talk to a girl. and even when i had my chance i literally could not keep up a conversation. I've managed to learn how to start a conversation, but I'm still struggling on how to hold on to this day.

if you really want to start a conversation, be aware of her being. Notice how she acts, what she says, what she's wearing, etc. Start a convo off that.

compliment her hair. notice her style. ask where she got her shirt from. introduce yourself. be aware of what she's saying. don't be afraid to talk lol once you compliment her and introduce yourself, the moment she smiles is the moment you have her interest.

don't be sexual at all lol idk why you would even go to that but because you said written up for harassment i gotta mention it lol

Alright buddy, if it's the girls at work then it's easy. Just talk to them and get to know them on a work basis. Wait until you find you have something in common like maybe you both enjoy hiking, or cars or a movie thats coming out etc.. then ask them if they would like to do one of those things with you sometime and there you go gl.
