    Are people from EU instantly purged from here since it's an NA game?

    Is the ping of a room still based on the host of the room, or is it maybe server based? Was wondering if there's maybe a small group of eu players playing daily in their own room.

    It's player to player so it is still based on the host of the room. Therefore you won't experience lag if you will play with players from europe.
    I'm an eu player, you can play with me. There are more eu players that you can play with them.
    Usually in the afternoon there is a moon room with 3~5 people, and in the evening there's always a 8 people moon room.
    You can add me and I will tell you more about it.

    For EU to thrive in NA RuF, they would have to play with who they know that are also EU (either locally or online friends)

    It's rough hoping for EU players to show up, especially in the EU channel, where it's usually empty (sadly).
