So Redfox No Longer Answering Tickets?

    I've got tickets going as far back as June 5th. It's now the 21st. Was only requesting a simple IGN change. What happened? They used to answer tickets pretty fast but now we have to wait almost a month to get a response? You can't even reach them at the number (I've got tickets going as far back as June 5th.     They surely do give false impressions like any other bad company.

    Give ya a good first impression then ** you over.

    I was believing that RedFox was something different when RF just transferred here.
    They answered tickets in a matter of hours when they just got RF. Now it takes days.

    You're definitely right about that. They tell to expect your ticket so be answered within 1-3 days, but that's not true no more.

    Try making a different type of ticket or responding from a different ip(they probably know who you are). They answer early on fridays usually. Yep they active got 2 answers within 2 hours today.
