At what level can I use HG weapon?

At what level can I start using HG weapon, dropped from IM4? without the durability going down too fast.

 

I think the lvl is HG4, but you can reduce it with hermit cutters.

 

I rolled with it from db mid. Wep is expensive to fix, and constant msg poping is annoying. HM ws can do fine till you get lvl, in some cases i noticed dmg doesn't different much...
Having enough stats for it might decrease speed of durability dropping.
