TS 100% = from fragments CCD or Blue Box

Epi 15% = from fragments CCD
Epi 30% = from Loulan bosses
Epi 50% = from Kunlun

Deco 5% = Hefei, shabby deco 4.lvl
Deco 10% = Hefei, normal deco 4.lvl
Deco 15% = Hefei, fine deco 4.lvl

I'm very sorry for the previous post regarding refining rate weapons.
I accidentally edited another version 9D.

There is a correct success rate.
As you can see the rates are lower.
There are three rates, but now I can not tell which is which.
I need to test it.

I believe those are correct rates. Refined many weapon to 6,7 to disassemble them and % fit the chances I had with deco,ref epi and mastery.
