    As I said before about the AOE
    How can you compare Metatrons KG when I've been saying AOE AOE AOE AOE for the longest?
    Frame 1, Invincibility Frames on frame 1, huge AOE
    The only thing you can do is block? ********!

    Am I in the minority for thinking Berserker actually got buffed? Yeah, you cannot spam it as much as you used to be able to, but now the guard stun is much greater than it was before. This means you cannot grab after the b skill is used while you are blocking like you could previously when it was more spammy w/ less guard stun. It's so fricking annoying now. I cringe whenever I see that exo being used.

    Literally by that definition any ExoCore that can hit more than one player is overpowered. Red Rock isn't an AoE either, but you listed it as overpowered and broken. This is what I meant by undefined and vague. You can't even align yourself with your own definitions yet you insist on this fallacious argument.

    Whatever though. Have fun convincing people otherwise.

    Attack Booster can, but even the uppercut doesnt come out on frame 1.
    As I've said before as well, frame 1. Do you look at frames when you're playing?
    I'm done here, since its been long since this thread has veered off the main reason I made it.

    It takes 17 frames for Red Rock to make contact from the start of the animation. Like I said, definition doesn't make sense. You might want to look at frames yourself. I don't look at ExoCore frame data.

    Ya Balance Is not about the circumstances at the end of the day because things can go a number of ways.Its about keeping things fair and the only way is to make a balanced system.I feel this is good system of how a balanced item would like but can use a little work.

    Balance factor:
    • Power over speed or speed over power
      • Speed: hard to time but not the most effective
        • fast longer combos/juggles with shorter reach and especially not 2 hit launchers
      • Power: Very effective but somewhat easy to see coming
        • 2 hit launcher but slow with longer reach and shorter juggles
    • Attack over Defense or Defense over attack
      • Attacks(Good attacks shouldn't be keeping you safe)
        • Good stun or block stun but no iframes
          • (can still be countered or avoided)
        • Good Iframes but not good stun or block stun(combo breaks)
          • (hard to avoid but not deadly)
            • Omni grabs should not be pure deadly but risky for the user(akkido back grab or shadows nin grab)
            • Should be avoidable and not one hit or a launcher/fencer
              • For example Muy borans KG is a 1 hit launcher with Iframes and Direction influence on the back because its a high kick. OP
      • Defense (Defensive attacks shouldn't be 1 hit KO's)
        • Good Combo breaker
          • Not deadly No cooldown or stun lock
          • If deadly then cooldown or stun lock
        • Good Counter
          • Not deadly so no cooldown or stun lock(basic counter)
          • If deadly then cooldown or stun lock
            • A counter should not be a primary weapon which means not a launcher or spammable If it is make a reasonable stun lock if fails

    A exo should be only on one side in each of the category's and not mixture of both.The only way to fix the unbalance system is to make a balanced system and go by it. I think this system would make RF way more balanced on edge maps and non edge maps. As you can see if you put any exo on RF that's broken you can tell that it needs a nerf or another nerf and obv enough baserker is in need of another nerf. Now for red rock I think it could use a bigger cool down but is not top priority

    I'll answer your question, when faced with an Attack having only one Option for doing anything against that Attack
    Is stupid and broken
    What makes fighting games great is that when faced with a predicament they have a certain number of options to get out of that situation, in that situation picking the best option in that limited amount of time makes that play great and the player greater.
    But when you can only block against that attack, that's pretty damn stupid.
    And it's frankly why RF is boring to watch.

    Who was the one who PM'd me asking to stop correcting your flawed logic because you're worried about your forum image, get over yourself.

    What is safe about it? Both skills can be punished if blocked. The combos are also easy to counter as well.

    They're full screen supers that have to be blocked or else

    Phoenix can be waited out of his super mode and magneto has to create space to do his

    There's another option besides blocking though

    Don't let them do it in the first place

    Oh that's nice you have more than 1 option for going against that unlike Berzerker whose hurtbox and invincibility frames start on frame 1.

    Also for your info, Berserker's V skill comes out at frame 11 and the B skill comes out at frame 17. Block comes out frame 4. Please stop saying frame 1 if you have no idea what you're talking about.

    Now frame 11 I may be comparing it to other games but isn't that pretty damn early?
    You've told me when all the frames come out except for when the invincibility starts, if you'd be so kind to share it with me.
