Refine rate is bugged or what ?

So does any1 of you guys get this dam thing aswell , when u try to refine ??

this happens with every weapon i could use to try ref nothing all came up with this stupid thing

Try using Xeraser in game folder and reinstall ur client. this might be a corrupted file. but im only offering a suggestions cant be 100% sure
