Tender Stone increase succes rate 100%? not true

Today i wanted increase +9 to +10 my gloves weapon with a tender stone increase succes rate bu 100% 30 secs of duration .. i did inside of this time for sure TOTAL SURE.

and weapon was crased anyway?? then now what? what happen this? it dont says is 100% sure? i did others times and always work .. then why this time to +10 failed even i have EFFECT ON of tender stone?? can somebody give me one explanation of this? now i dont have weapon ....

 

Tender Stone increase succes rate 100%.
Increase succes rate from the basic value.

example:
if reff rate on +10 is 20%
20% + ( 0,2 *100 ) = 40% success rate

Where put it ?? i just see increase rate succes 100% it dont say anything about this that you talk...

He is telling the truth. That 100% ( x2) is applied to base rates, TS itself is not a value of base rate.

 

The truth is that it should be explaned good and dont make confusion to players...this is the truth..to much troubles ..TS should have in description it and don make confusion with this 100% succes rate...

Ya...i got it..but damn the thing is that i dont have weapon now...just because i tought tender stone refine it 100% succes ....realy i should say that this game is not drive correctly ... Now i wonder what i will do...because i have no weapon and seems gm dont answer my ticket...

 

They aren't answering your ticket cause it's not an issue. Breaking your weapon cause of refinement is a mechanic in the game.

People needs to read Fullneo's guide.
Simply go:
9dragons forum -> Game Helps and Tips -> Game guides -> Game Guide Index -> Weapon refinement.

Fullneo has a table over the refinement with ts mastery and ref epi. Take a look into guides and do researchs before u do something unknown next time.

 

Yea, ppl need to read Fullneo guide.
But his tables are inaccurate for us because they are for the GC version. And we have different base rate than GC.

They wont answer your ticket because you are at fault, not them. TS does not say 100% without fail you will get your refinement. Like everyone else said, the 100% is to be applied to the rate of refinement just like xp. When they give is x2 it is 100% the xp boost. It isnt saying we get 100% per kill so i will lvl once per mob so why would that apply to refining? A TS just doubles your chance of making it basically. Maybe next time use a scale then a TS. You might wanna go try and get a new weapon instead of waiting on an answer you will never get because that weapon is dead and gone bro.

I refined a ws ec9 weapon and broke it at +5 eventho i had ref epi +15%, deco 10% and mastery 5%. Not sure if 100% success rate can be broken or not, but if its suppose to not break, some of the stats ain't working properly.

 

I looked into my calculation, and all are correct.
Reff rate are for basic weaps.
But I can not verify whether the weapons (Hermit, WS, IM, Kylin) have a reduced coefficient.

 

Yeh i know its correct.
If only a GM could confirm whether other weapons have the same rate or reduced :/
