    Think about this all the scrolls they did so far are super unpopular. Vale Tudo is an all time fav for old gens for sure and is known pretty well. Azteca wasnt really popular at all, so you can see why they were plannin on it. Think of unpopular scrolls and they might most likely be that instead of muscle buster or black out. But maybe they can since those are boxed and are timed in item shop.
