You do realize the xp rate has allready been raised since the last few publishers right? 0.20% per mob at FC for example is allready quite a lot compared to what it used to be.
I am hm 8 and I still get .20 per mob. You need to grind with mobs that are 5 levels higher than you. Exactly 5. So once you level up and they turn orange, go find the next set of mobs.
