Automatic Crash Post Update When Trying to Enter GCM Red

    When entering my game crashes and says: "Data in 9Dragons has changed or has failed to update successfully. Please install again."
    Reinstalled and same error.
    Anybody else experiencing this issue?
    If so is there a fix?

    This happened to me trying to enter Superior GCM green pass.

    when i try to enter Wild tower Purple-Green or red i get a report : "Data in 9Dragons has changed or has failed to update successfully. Please install again.". did the download again but same thing and lost a few entee keys. what can i do to make it work again ?

    nothing, the new patch bugged alot.

    Wait for maintenance...

    Hi all.

    We're sorry for the issue, and thank you for bearing with us while the devs work on a fix. Here is the list of the problems after maintenance.
    ⦁ You get disconnected from the game right after opening a Personal Stand.
    ⦁ You get disconnected from the game after Trading with other players.
    ⦁ You get an XKernal error when trying to access the dungeon using passes.
    ⦁ When you die in Wutang/Yanmo/Infinite dungeon, you will get disconnected and cannot log back into the game.
    ⦁ There is no exp gained for character level Immortal Spirit 11 (251) at 100%. Players cannot level up no matter how many monsters they have killed.

    the new wutang dungeon is not 4 entry per day as claim, after doing 2 i cant go in anymore

    Cant go char selection page too, will go to login page instead

    Is there any way for GM to res a char that die from dungeon?
    My char die in dungeon exit, now it’s outside the dungeon but the moment I login keep dc can’t Rez it at all, all my stuff is on that char can’t even play the game now

    Just had the same thing happen with relogging ID.
    GM please respawn characters.

    Ya weekend event is coming soon, can we have a reset of server if there’s no patch to fix this bug yet?

    If any of your characters are stuck, please submit a support ticket for the time being.

    For all other issues, rest assured that the devs are working around the clock to resolve many issues that are occurring after the P294-296 maintenance. We appreciate your patience and Ahri/NineArts will be sure to update you all as soon as they can.

    - 1 solo blue
    - 1 solo red
    - 1 party (of 4+) blue
    - 1 party (of 4+) red

    Support ticket is down can’t send anything
    Our char is trap in a limbo from game patch bug after dying in dungeon n exit keep relog keep dc
    No try of restarting the server to set our char free?
    Not even considering the time play miss since char bugged with dc but running a x3 event more important.
    I give u a clap

    This issue will be fixed with tonight's unplanned maintenance. We are unable to fix the problem ourselves using GM Tools. The helpdesk system is active right now. Could you show us a screenshot of the error you encountered when trying to submit a ticket? Thanks.
