    Hello guys I've been playing long time ago tried to find 9Dragons so is there a way to retrieve my old account?

    It depends on how long, 'a long time ago', is, if your account is just locked because of inactivity, send in a support ticket. If you played on a different publisher, you have to make a new account as the old publisher didnt transfer any account data to RF.

    You'll have to make a new character then, you most likely played on the previous publishers version
