How long support usually answers a ticked

Hi,

I had my RTD Quest Bugged when I got DC'd while doing it and I can't see any quest in the map, so I sent a ticket 24 hours + ago and no response so far

 

Depends what you need. If you ask how you can pay then they are very fast.

If it has something with game bugs fking low drop rate or soething else you can wait

 

well i guess this game is hopeless after all, shame

Same as you, DC when doing RTD then I have to create a new character !

 

Mine is similar to yours, i.e bug with RTD questline, but is solved within 24 hours. So i suppose either you posted the ticket in wrong place, or description of your problem was unclear. Normally u should provide some additional information like server, in-game char name, level, and a screenshot (if possible)

 

mine took 3-4 hours to solve...lol so I don't know about the paying comment
