yin log in server is down...it keeps saying connecting to server then counts down and times out...I am able to log fine in tao...

lets talk about reward? cuz this issue? Premiums is burning.. event time is burning.. bags/epithets/relicts with specific time use is burning... server still off... why tao is going? are they so diffrent??
Different server machine for each server. It can be a pain in the **** to fix. Especially depending on what exactly is causing the issue. Hope they do some extra XP for compensation but you never know.
Some games gives Diamonds (aka. credits), when a game is unavailable for compensation. At least we can get x3, with valentine buff this week.

CORRECT YOURSELF...U do not have to pay or pay for events...I PAY FOR EVENTS.... I put money in this game for gameplay..and events sure as heck is gameplay..you can ask for less for your money..but I sure as heck will not You can keep appreciating events and pay for items...I will keep appreciating events while asking for better if possible...we will just agree to disagree
