It's not that it's not OP, it's just barely decent and literally not worth it compared to other scrolls of similar pricing

It just seems like a waste of time and money on nimonix's part to make a scroll with the most bizarre idle stance since kingpin and a jankily animated moveset that seems like what would happen if they made "Another Street"

Are you dumb or stupid , the scroll was user made . The creator wanted it like that nominix didn't give the idea the dude who made it did they just cooperated it into the game

fact still remains, I did not make to please anyone, I literally wanted it to be in game so I could use it, everyone else can use anything else, and for one thing it's about damn time something less flashy was implemented, foh with your spoiled mindset.

I didnt choose price, if I had my way it would've been implemented before all these another scrolls, shaman's were in need of an exclusive,this was that. It was a winner in the suggestion event, out of what like 300 other "Quality" scrolls, and exos that were submitted, I got what I wanted, what I don't understand is why would you prefer a recycle over something new?

And such unique attacks like plum's third punch on ppkP or blackout's counter?

Off topic I'll put whatever I want wherever I choose you aint no one to me, on topic I wasn't putting words in your mouth, just questioning why'd you be pleased with a reprint scroll. first off, the hit for ppkp is sanshou, second it looks exactly like the sprites I made, and third half the **** implemented doesn't look like it's animated well, **** inferno looks like it's just one huge bug

 

Think of it this way. Let's say we have a gtx 980 ti and a gtx 1080. Both cost the same, but the 1080 is more powerful than the 980 ti. Why would I bother spending $650 (41k) on a 980 ti when I can get the 1080 for the same price?

Or for a better example, a 970 and a 1070. Same situation. Both equally priced, but the 1070 had way better performance, so why bother with a 970?

 

let make one scroll suggestion like you did on dambe i love it. :>
