From what I understand, you need a disciple letter to start the quest, if not, the quest keeps getting cancelled.
The disciple letter can be dropped from black monk dungeon boss (Yuan Shao), but I have not been able to drop it at all.
Anyone has other tips to complete the quest please?

I feel a bit stuck because I reached a certain level and can't continue the Iron Blood quests.

In Black Dragon Fortress, I know from players that you need around 200k resistance.

So my question is: Is there any way to get those 200k without spending money or getting items from other players who have spent money?

The only item I can find available in the game that seems decent is the Frozen Set,...

I'll get to the point.
What should a returning player focus on (or at least attempt to) so they can eventually participate in any form of end game PvE content (i.e. true event dungeons).

Gear is obsolete, relics are mediocre, no decent pet available, epithets terrible, relic slots not unlocked.
Lvl 241/IS1

Blood of iron quest line is helpful with pseudo gear and events worthwhile doing but progress is a drawl if at all.

Any tips on what one should focus grinding is much...

I was completing the Blood Iron quest line (never did them before...), and i'm stuck with the pt.4, after the dungeon

The quest ask me to kill 10 MOBS - Dragon Tiger Gate Guard

I killed all the MOBS i find with the name, but the quest didn't get any count up....
So, don't know if it's bugged, or i'm leaving some MOB
