I'm seeing a pattern here, hmmmmmm. And they still never compensate for the trouble. Too funny.

Hefei it down now...All the time it like that when they give us f.... x3 so annoying with this company seriously... hopefully they will give us compensation even tomorrow x3 !!!!! All the time has to be something from them...fed up allready!!!

That's exactly why I have never, and will NEVER, spend money on this game. Because they don't compensate for any technical issues. That's why I stopped playing 2 years ago, and it's about to be why I stop playing now, especially at this rate.

 

They almost always compensate. They always run it a day longer or activate it a day earlier the following week.

 

Running it till like 11 am monday like they did last weekend isnt really compensation, unless you live in europe. real compensation is increasing the xp rate on the following event date. otherwise people miss the compensation thus no compensation. Most people wouldnt even know that it was extended unless they checked the post deep in the thread. They go to bed cause they are irritated, and while they sleep, the gm's restart the map, and the event continues, and they wakeup and go to work, and the event ends.

This is not even funny anymore. They want to go out with a big bang giving us the 3x event to farm coins, yet each time such an event occurs we also have one or more maps down in the game and no GM`s around to reset the map(s). Instead of having such a small team around covering only a small part of the timezones there should be more in the team working and covering all the actual timezones of the playerbase. This way when these thinhs occur the GMs can atleast give a response to the players and reset the maps when there is a problem like this.

What will you do now to compensate the people who will be unable to farm for some extra coins before the ending of the event ? Extend the event, hand out those 3 Golden Coins one would normally also get from the monthly gift, extend the event with another week so that people who now miss out have some extra chance?

Would love to hear from the team what will be done for the people who still play this game and who are honestly trying their best to enjoy it and to farm a bit when they can.
