After I install this game it says fmod.dll not on my PC and the game doesn't start? Does this game work with Windows 10? Where can I get fmod.dll for 9Dragons?

You should redownload clean install file from official website, temp turn off firewall and anti-virus program, may be anti-virus program delete some files. After download finished, turn on firewall and anti-virus program.
I have downloaded this game repeatedly. Fmod.dll is not included in the download file. Why? I have downloaded with firewall and antivirus off. Yet I can't install without fmod.dll? Customer service is severly lacking in this game and with this publisher. I will take my business and money elsewhere.
Hi, i had the same probleme with W10, but its fixed now for me. Firstly i had to turn off firewall and antiviruse, than added 9D main files as exception and dowloaded more two times 9D from publisher to make this game work . Also start 9D as administrator.
Hi again! Thank you very much for the answers, I tryed to re install whit the firewall and antiviruse off but then I have a new problem: *now first tells me that "File existing. Already have downloaded file. Do you want to download file continuous? Y/N" And when I press Yes "Error. System.Exception: an error occurred. Please try again." I try to delete the downloaded files but nothing change. It seems that it's halfway to uninstall and stuck that way. Ideas?
