I've recently just got a new laptop with windows 10 installed and when I play rf now it skips at the smallest movements even though I've got a good processor and graphics card.Has anyone else had this problem?

Okay, nice laptop. Make sure you install all the latest Windows Updates for Windows 10. Download the latest driver for your graphics card. Try playing in Windowed Mode or vice versa from what mode you are playing in right now. Do you have any antivirus software installed on your PC? Plug in your power cable, to make sure your PC is not under clocking.
That's weird, does this issue happen in other games? Do you have any antivirus software installed? (Norton, AVG,etc)
