There was a "Class- Balancing" patch in which the skills were revamped. You need to relearn them at clan base. Also, just a heads up, the skills have stronger effects and you learn them at easy-to-remember number( oc1, rc1, rl1, fd 1 and so on). However, the skills now have: 1) a longer cooldown ( "fast heal" is now at 30 sec cooldown) 2) higher level-up requirement 3) much higher VE cost 4) low skill xp rate. As part of the compensation for relearning your skills, there was a time period where you can claim 3-hour, 10x kung fu exp pills (100 of them) as part of a quest at clan base. Send a ticket to inform the gms so that they can verify for you.
